Ford F250

Of course there are people who only dream about driving a Hilux or Cruiser. They are welcome to show us their current vehicles here, ask questions or post some exciting new releases.

Ford F250

Post by astam »

I pass this Ford quite often on my travels in Cape Town. Obviously too long for any standard garage, it lives outside on the pavement. Despite having ALL the extras it will never be a Hilux.

Makes my Lux look a bit small however.

Adin,

Park in front of the Ford, then take the same photos again! The Hilux will appear "bigger"... :D

I did the Landmansvalei trail with people driving a F250. I was sort of impressed but it is just to big for most trails. Their was one specific muddy incline it had to charge from about 40meters away to make it to the top (and only on attemp 12). I on the other hand started right at the bottom of the incline, did a snap change to 2nd and whalla right to the top even before they could get out of their truck. :)

It's got loads of space and comfort but no thanks m2cw

But I must agree, in those photo's the Lux almost looks like a dinky toy

Ek het so rooie gery vir 'n jaar. Die spasie is ONGELOOFLIK!!!
I had such red rided for a year. The space are UNBEPRAISABLE!!!

Maar hy ry soos 'n regte lorrie, en is flippin stadig, amper soos 'n groot Hilux.
But he ride like a genuine larry, and are scuba gear slow, ampage like a beeg Hilux.

Jy kan ook nerens parkeer nie, en mamma sukkel om in te klim.
You can also nowhere park not, and mother suffers around in to climb.

Ek mis die lomp ou ding partykeer, en dan kom ek tot my sinne...
I misses the kluts old thing partytimes, and then come I to my sentences...

I got a real good look at that F250 when it was in 4x4MegaWorld's workshop last year :o

It's fitted with just about every accessory you can think of, I think the owner has got a bottomless pocket :!:

Maybe he'll see the light one day and invest in a Lux
