For those guys who do not want to camp too far from home. I happened upon a great wild camping place called Nokeng Eco Lodge where one can camp next to the Elands River far from the lodge, which also have camping near the lodge as well as bungalows for those who want to upgrade.
She offers a special for June and July at R40 pppn at the bushcamp. Google Nokeng Eco Lodge and contact Elsje if you want to break away for a few days.
Go enjoy these very beautiful, secluded campsites which are very far apart and very quiet with lots of birdsounds and even Hippos nurking nearby at night.
