Family Camping close to cape town?

Post by pietpetoors »

My cousin wants to take her family camping and is looking for a nice place around CPT, Paarl, etc.

She is looking for a "not my type" of camp, with things to do for the kids. Kids are 5 and 3 of age.

Do you guys know of any nice, clean, fun, platkar camping sites in the area?

Thanx, they actually stay in Paarl so the Hollandse thing and the Bergriver resort should be good.
Somebody told me about the Berg resort a while ago, just forgot about it

Isn't the Hollandse place an exclusive club or something?

( Ek staan gereeld daar, hoe hy my toelaat, is 'n raaisel. )

Pieter yes and no, it is sort of "exclusive" but anyone can really go. It more a case of "right of admission reserved", and the rates are not cheap, in order to keep it free of unwanted elements.
