That's knowing your vehicle! 
Can't be too good for the motor though .... prolonged running at that angle with all the oil at the rear (no splash lubrication of no1 and 2 cylinder walls, also wonder if the oil pickup is stil submerged 
).
I really enjoy watching clips of the Tanners, especially Bobby and Jordan Tanner with his rig, "Screaming Blue". I see there is one of my favourites given as suggested viewing after your clip ..... just gotta love that rig!
