Hi all
I certainly hope you can advise me on this matter. It seems that the aircon stop working the moment that the temperature reaches 35°C as well as the moment that engine must work hard i.e in deep sand. We had the aircon pump and system checked and serviced a few times but all to no avail. Must say that it is not a pleasure driving during December with temperatures that high. Is it possible to fit an other aircon pump from i.e. a d4d or any other vehicle without any or to much modifications. Who can do this job without paying an arm and a leg?
Thanks for feedback

Re: KZ TE Aircon poor performance
A proper service entails:
1) Recovering the gas into a proper machine that then cleans the gas.
2)A flushing internally of the system.
3)Compulsory replacing of the filter/drier and possibly expansion valve.
4) Recharging the system with the correct quantity of clean gas and the correct gas (in almost all cases134a).
5) Oil top up.
The compressor (pump) on your aircon is a little engine that works at high pressure, at high revs, and has numerous pistons.
Just like the service on your car engine your aircon engine need a proper service every now and then..
