Hi. I am sitting with a problem that the oil level ligth (ORANGE) is coming on a few seconds after starting. The oil level is fine. Red oil light is fine. Engine newley done.

Is the sensor in the sump plugged in? It might have gotten damaged with the rebuild.

And when the sensor has given up the ghost then ist not worth the money to replace. They are hellishly expensive

I might be stupid but look for the plug on the sump but cant find anything they have replaced the block but the currents sump there is nothing. There us a wire hanging there but no switch. Can it be on a different place. Look at workshop manuals but is not there where they say it should be

Pull the plug on the sump and then bridge it.

Check your Alternator regulator. Happened to me a few day before my regulator said goodbye.

Yes it could very well be. It is easy to check. Just check the voltage over the battery poles with the engine running. It should be in the region of 14 volts. You can compare the voltage with the engine running to the value with the engine and ignition off.
