Rear Window Issue

Bascially it is stuck up and therefore can't open the tailgate to take it apart. I can hear a relay click but no action from the motor.
Could someone please tell me how i can get inside without opening the tailgate.

I presume you have a Surf - the station wagon 5 door body type?

I'm guessing here, but you should be able to remove the trim on the inside to access the mechanism.
