Best is to take it to Avnic. We have seen this happen a number of times on a Quest, and while it just might be caused by a fracture in the cable between the antenna and receiver, it usually isn't and the fault lies within the receiver itself. In this case, Avnic usually offers a special price on a suitable replacement, which might not be such a bad idea as the Quest has very little room for the newer Mapsets available today.
