New Pump from Agents is R2700 incl, but then a fitment place still need to add labour, guess it needs to be bleeded and not a straight forward fitment.

Any Advise on the most cost effective way, dont want to redo this later....

Just got feedback from the guys, they bypassed the Fuel tank with a bottle of other fuel (LRP) smoked its last bits for 10 seconds and after that not a trace of smoke. I'm going there at around 13:00 to check its out for myself. Bakkie is on a Drip with LRP, hehe He will re-check the CO in mean time...

See the Mis was there when I got it, they did not drive it. so I dont think the valve could have burnt by idling while setting timing and CO.
