Ek is nuuskierig, het jy toe een gekry? Self al rondgekyk en die Madman lyk na die antwoord. Jy koop die guage en voeg dan die senders (sensors) by soos en wanneer nodig. Daar is bv sender units vir EGT, water vlak, water temp ens. Check madman.co.za en ek weet SAC doen al lank installasies.

Hi Mars, die plug se kontakte het 'n klein bietjie smeermiddel (iets soos silikon ghries) op wat verhoed dat dit roes of aanpak. Ek sal kyk of Hella/Osram beter werk en laat weet.

Dagsê ! Ek het hulp nodig. My Hilux se gloeilampe blaas teen 'n tempo van een elke drie weke. Dis altyd aan die linkerkant en net die dim gedeelte van die hoofligte. Ek koop gewoonlik maar generiese gloeilampe by Midas. Enige idees enigiemand ?

I found a second hand Eezi Awn rtt for R1300 ! Need to maybe replace the mattress but otherwise in great condition. The only thing missing is a ladder. I had a 88L long range tank installed by Gerbers 4WD today ! Would have liked to show pics, but one cannot really see it. Die gate boor is maklik, maar ek was moerse senuweeagtig. Die moeilikste deel is om die ding vas te maak, want daar is nie baie plek om hande in te kry nie..

Hiya ! Ek het 'n snorkel gekoop en gaan self installeer. Ding is, ek moet 'n 100mm gat boor, maar ek het nie so groot gatsaag (holesaw) nie. Wat nou ? dag se.hulle het myne uit gesny met n air saw. Ek het toe 'n 100mm gatsaag opgespoor. Ewe maklik 'n ma se gat in my bakkie gesny ! ( sorry to hijack...

Hilux feels strange in 4wd
I am not sure if I should be concerned, but it was raining yesterday and I thought that I would drive in 4wd (heard one should do that from time to time). When driving forward it seems ok, but as soon as I reversed it felt as if the handbrake was on. Is this normal ?

If all goes well I should have my first Hilux by next week Wednesday ! I ride my bicycle , but I do believe that the internal combustion engine is here to stay... As for the Argus, I did that on A motorbike the last two years. I was part of the tv crew that was responsible for the broadcast.
