Im not sure of the rules about taking a compound bow thru the border, but we have been thru the border every year for the past 5 years and have been lucky enough to have never been asked to open our vehicle at all.

ok, sorry for the late update. Alan had the bakkie at a diesel place near him, and they ended up rebuilding the diesel pump, and replacing the accelerator, as the variable resistor on the accelerator was only giving about 75% throttle. They said the injectors were fine, so never replaced them. Alan ...

So far Allan says the visco fan not so lekker anymore, so he's going to install a new one.
