That one is small and doesn't help very much. I've looked at some other google pics and it seems that although there are changes in different year models, the coil pack piggy-backs against the distributor. Sorry for the slow response. Ended up being a faulty relay. Not sure why but it would get stuck in the off position once warmed up or something.

Take the time to read into the maximum lift you can do without having constant problems with your CV joints. Not me personally, but many guys report having issues with CV joints when lifting too much as the angle at the joint increases beyond spec.

Hi Louis. Thanks for that. The CV itself I am sure is still fine. It is just leaking grease from the boot as far as I can tell.

I was quoted R 1500-ish for the cv boot kit from Toyota. Seems a bit ridiculous for a rubber boot and some clips to hold it in place.

That carrier bearing is poked. About 5 to 8 mm rotation of the prop is OK, not too critical if it's more,but then you really notice it when taking your foot off the pedal or vice versa - clunk, clunk. Thought as much thanks. Clunking is classic worn centre bearing. Lay underneath and press the popshaft up, there should be zero play on the centre bearing. Had what sounds to be the same issue with a cruiser before. Turned out that I had dirty diesel and the fuel filter was clogged up, not letting any diesel through. Replaced it and and drained the tank. All was well again.

Site the Garmin in a different position on your Dash or Windscreen. Something was blocking or interfering with the satellite signal. -F_D Ja I tried that. Garmin not picking up satelites in Botswana

Hi all, Was recently in bots for a week. Just travelling between Gaborone and Selebi-Phikwe. Found that my Garmin could not pick up satelites along the way. Only for about 5secs when near Mahalapye. I have the maps loaded for Botswana. Anybody else experienced this before? Thoughts? Perhaps just poo...
