When we still has a Surf I also fitted a KZTE's aluminium radiator. Only had to move to holes, otherwise it fitted perfectly. Ok, I did a replacement with a guy in Maputo who builds them from scratch. He got me a 2 core copper and that thing keeps the temps down very well... I've had it installed since Dec 2015.

Yes I haven't had any problems with radiator at all. Apart from the SAC conversion, and an ARB bulbar, my car is stock standard.
