Re: Front bumper ... vir a bottel Captain of so

Its the standard 265/16's. The tyres are brand new so letting the lot go for R10,000 is already far less than I paid for it. It includes the new nuts I also had to buy.

Front bumper ... vir a bottel Captain of so

I think it is time to get rid of all the crap that is making my deurmekaar wendy look untidy. One of them is a 2006 Fortuner front bumper, white. I will let it go for a bottel of captain morgan ... or two.

And then I still have 4 brand new tyres on standard foruner rims.

Re: The Fortuner is taking shape

Fascinating blog about the lift, thank you. There is some serious food for thought. Mine is a standard OME lift, total lift was about 70mm. I have not experienced any swaying, as a matter of fact, I find the Tuner to be MUCH more stable now with the OME's. But then ... the only long trip I have done...

Re: The Fortuner is taking shape

265 x 16 x 75 profile, standard is 70 profile. Slightly too big, had to remove the front mudflaps, now not catching even under articulation. Would however not work with standard bumper but fine with steel bumper.
