If I recall, when I got the truck several dash lights didn't work, and I replaced them with some I had laying around. Pretty sure what was in there were standard bulbs. My 4WD light is out, and I need to replace it, so I'll check the dash light voltage then.

My best guess it that you have a plug that is loose or disconnected. Check behind the driver's side kick panel as this is where most of the wiring from the engine compartment to the car body is run.

I took your advice and found a local dealer for Lucas power steering fluid with sealer. Drained the fluid out of my PS reservior, and topped off with the Lucas. After a week of driving (200+ kms) no more drips. Thanks for the great feedback.
