Update 2.... Back after 3 days. Replaced stepper motor, checked pipes, cleaned ERG valve but still no boost. Rebuilt turbo with another housing, stepper and variable vanes from 3 different turbos. Removed and replaced 3 times. Boost is back and running well. No problems in original re-done booster, ...

No error codes. Ran diagnostics today. Indicated 0.5 bar boost pressure. Taking it back tomorrow to check the stepper motor. Turbo repair cost was about 7k excl. r&r.

Update.... Turbo that was the culprit. Veins broke and damaged other ones aswell. Removed and took to replace the core. Put it back, and now seems the boost is less. Update: Went to Toyota for diagnostics, they replaced the noisy turbo, and diagnosed the other sound as gearbox bearings, replaced them as well, but upon opening the gearbox, found that all gears, 1 to 5 & shaft needs to be replaced.
