Good day I need help with my 2.7 hilux 3rz fe,it cannot hold idling ,it becomes worse when it reaches operating temperature or when driving at low speeds or at traffic lights,even if clutch is fully down it switches off.bakkie was diagonised there is no codes or engine check light. bakkie is fitted ...

sorry old post but i have a question,when one is removing a catalytic converter,do you have to join back straight exhaust pipe or you must put a dummy shape CAT or what ,please help on how i must do it

did all you guys said,now its sometimes idle at 800 even when engine is hot and sometimes well at the correct range and then sometimes still flactuates

mine was overheating ,replaced with toyota parts,viscous fan ,water pump and thermostat overheating problem solved.drove across Botswana at 47 degrees inside bakkie all was good

just a question,what is the right coolant for this type of bakkie and ratios to mix it

so you recommend i take the catalytic converter out.how does one measure km/l

Is there anything that one can do,to reduce or minimise fuel usage of hilux 2.7 ,3rz

bakkie is fitted with housing for turbo charger but it was blanked off so its no longer in action,it drives well does not misfire only drops idle speed when idling at stand still,snorkel not fitted but i want to fit it,air filter replaced during service intervals of 11000km

my hilux 2001 model,2,7 will idle well at start up until it reaches operating temperature.After that the rev will drop from 1000RPM to about between 550RPM and 650RPM .This only happens when the engine is hot.Please help.

how much is the new DC-DC Chargers dual battery system and where can I get it
