My job today: What tyres for the boss???

This is close to the best odd job I've had in a while. So here goes. Work has two new Hilux bakkies, two 2.7VVTi's. Boss drives 4x4 SRX and 2nd in command drives 2.7 Raider. Both are on their standard wheels and tyres. 4x4 - Standard Good-Years 205R16's ( think it is 6jj rims?). He is not happy with...

Re: 4Y with a turbo?

Re: 4Y with a turbo?

Hi Chris.

Thanks for the info. What was your fuel consumption like with the turbo on a carb fed engine? Would you say that it was excessive EGT's that caused the gasket to go?

Thanks

Re: CAD model of a hilux

Hi.

I also use Inventor, it would work for a project like that! Maybe we should have a competition - the guy who makes the best CAD model of a Hilux wins a new Cruiser or something?????

If only there where more hours in a day!
