Re: 35" tyres with only 3" of lift
No a 35" stays a 35". Since it is sitting on a 17" rim it just has a shallower sidewall. 35" is the outside diameter. 12.5" is the width of course. Yes and No. I understand what your saying but the sidewall stated size and the website tech data stated by manufacturers many ...

Re: LEXUS IN 2005 2.7 LEGEND 4X4
Great job on the installation. Couple questions if I may? 1) Did you fabricate your own engine mounts or purchase them somewhere? If purchased where from? 2) Did you mate the engine to the standard hilux transmission or the auto that came with the engine? Any issues with bellhousing/transmission ada...

Im interested in how you can clear 35x12.5" wide tyres on a 10" wide wheel on the bodymount with just a 2" suspension and 2" body and still expect any form of decent suspension travel?

That's very cool. Almost the same as snake racing in Aus. Nothing like Snake Racing at all..... That is my hilux and I have that kit fitted. Its a work in progress and always continuously evolving to become better. The ride is awesome as is the travel- http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h68/mmaaxx19...
