I do own a 2007 model and no CC. For extra power I installed a Unichip and what a difference it made. Something to consider perhaps for that extra power.

Ek het amper soortgelyke probleem gehad-- my enjin mounting (onder dieselpomp) was los. Spasie is min maar kyk gerus ook daarna.

Hallo almal, kan een van die forum manne dalk help, ek wil graag my KZTE linker agter wiel 'bearing" en seels vervang. Het enige iemand dit al self gedoen of is dit beter om na w-winkel te neem. Ek het alreeds die as afgehaal maar lyk vir my dat dit nogal effens moeilik kan wees. Groete Nico

Hi ek het dieselfde probleem opgetel. Dit na n' bearing expert geneem en hulle het vir my net die "hub" stywer gemaak net totdat die speling opgehou het. Daar was toe niks fout met die bearings nie en het sederd heelwat ver afstande afgele'. Seker maar n' KZ probleem,

Agter die briek dromme is daar ook n' skroef met locknut wat jy in/uit kan stel. Dit maak groot verskil. Ek wil egter ook noem dat ek my KZTE gestel het maar steeds het die handrem nie goed vasgehou nie. Ek het die dromme laat "skeem" wat hulle weer soos nuut laat werk het. Kyk eerder daar...

Hello - I had one of the 2.8 Raiders and went the SAC route. The only difference it made was it felt like the handbrake was released. It is not worth wasting your money on this one.

Goeie dag - soek raad by kundiges- My KZTE gee n' harde klapgeluid sodra ek in tru rat wegtrek. Ek moet egter eers weer vorentoe beweeg om dit weer te hoor. Sodwana - still to good old spot for camping. We went there Dec2009 from Durban and the only road issues was pot holes on the last stretch to Sodwana. Other than that is was a pleasurable trip and Dec2010 allready booked. Enjoy you holiday

Replaced radiator on advice from Silverton after inspection, fitted real Toyota thermostat and 200km later all seem ok. Good feeling to drive my reliable Hilux again.
