Iam also thinking of doing tankwa soon. Can u it with one vechile only or is it advised to be 2 vechiles?

Claude on a Vigo the 9000 winch will be ample. The general rule applies of the GVM of the vehicle x 1.5 = winch size in KG. 9000lbs = 4100 kg. Should be sufficient in most cases unless you are planning a lot of recoveries where you need to recover heavier vehicles like Cruisers & patrols ect. T...

Doing a 5000km trip and was hoping to have gud fuel comsumption

Anybody coming from lesotho to cape town to cart my roofrack.? Aaahhhh

Fitted alum canopy with roofrack and cruise control to my hilux before my roadtrip.

But find my hilux heavier on fuel on the open road@120km/h than town driving.

Can this roofrack make a diff in my fuel consumption?

Fitted A-line Grip mags with a 19mm offset. Grey-polish 2tone with 32x11.5x15 mud terrains

I just fitted set of mags to my hilux over the weekend at Autoquip @ tygervalley.
I went thru same thing not a wide selection of mags.
Goodhope tyres in Goodwood also have a few mags available.

I got hold of a set of 32" tyres on mag rims to test if it will work, once tried will let u's know if it works

Iam running standard rim and 31"A/T tyres on my 2008 d4d with 50 mm lift. Tyres looks extremely small. What is adviseable size 32's or 33's to replace it with?

i own a prado and decided to purchase d4d so i need to start from scratch with upgradeing suspension, bumpers, etc

I need advice, which suspension works best with this hilux?
Also must u fit ARB bumper for this hilux to have the airbags work in case of accident? Or can other bumpers work?

i would love to do a body lift to my prado and maybe change the rims to 15" as i can get a nice set off 33" tyres. would a body lift mean any major mods? and where can i get spacers and which size lift is recommended? 50mm?? as to the rims, is there rims that can work as i tried a few but ...
