Check the battery size, I had the same problem, and I had the wrong size battery in.

I would check the correct number from my invoice and post but I am out of the country till next weekend.

I had SAC do it, just told them that they must put in a Sachs, Toyota themselves will also do it if you specify.

Power failure in the area so went across to check how Darryl doing on ForYota!

At least the back is done and looks really good, struggling a little on the front to finish but getting there!!

Do you want a picture of the back? Have one on my phone but its really bad quality?

I have a very good ride on the Mikem coils, havent got his shocks though. I have Maxtrac Nitro remotes that I fitted earlier but his coils and springs made a big difference to the ride quality after fitting.

Best to speak to him, he will give the best advice and not rip you. That i can guarantee.

Wouldnt that lift the rollbar above the roofline of the cab? If I remember correctly the roll bar sits on plates above the armidillo?

Done 200k+kms and have had 3 clutches and all have done this from time to time with different intensity and also it comes and goes. So I dont think so. Does it go away if you depress clutch? If it does its a common problem and I have had it on all 3 clutches I have had in my D4-D. Just get used to it, I have had to :thumbup:

210 000kms, 2nd new clutch in now and both replacement clutches have done that.

It also comes and goes and noise levels of different intensity at different times.

It seems a common problem

:thumbup: Seem to have it sorted, when they fitted the protector over the alarm system, they had to join the wires at the door control unit which is situated next to airvent above cubby hole. A wire had pulled back in the plug, and was making contact intermittently!! Sorted. :clap:

I had SAC (Dastek) chip fitted about 18 months ago and kw went up to 92 from 74. I had SAC free flow exhuast fitted last week and kw went up to 102, but what was great was torque figures, up from 220/1500 rpm to 280/1500 rpm. Very very little lag!! like a new truck. I had the problem initially when burning MP3 on my home PC and work PC. It depends on the software definitely, I have Roxio at home and when burning a disc I have to go to the 'Make Jukebox'.
