I see there are limited choices here to solve the problem.
Is the electronic choke working when the vehicle is cold (does it idle higher than normal)?
If not, it will be inclined to splutter until it warms up....

Not only can you cause damage, but it is also illegal to tow anything more than half your vehicle weight, If it is NOT braked.
If it were braked, it should still not be heavier than the towing vehicle...

The other thing to look at with this vibration and that type of mileage, is the center Drive-shaft bearing and the actual drive shaft.
See if it is properly greased and then try and move it around. If you have unreasonable movement then start replacing, where there is the most movement...

Couple of years ago I drove over 300 km to get the same size tyre at Outjo from Desolation Valley.
They did not have at Palmwag or Kamanjab...

Put same monthly cash in a separate bank account. The longer you keep this up the bigger the amount will grow. Eventually you will no longer need your original insurance, then you can also include that amount into your separate bank account. You then eventually include the "plat kar" insurance money...
