First thing I do on the 26th is get Original Headlights, go to an Auto Electrician and get the wiring redone. When im done I will post some pics for you.

Once question, when talking about re-wiring, are we talking about bigger/thicker wires?

I removed my HID and had Nightbreakers installed as my H4 Headlights as well as my spotlights. To me it looks very similar to the HID's, but i do see that a bulb alignment is needed as my brights shine in the trees. So first thing Monday I will have them aligned and post more pics. Yes they are, took them to an auto electrician this morning to go through the wiring.

Im taking it back to him for full diagnosis in the AM, not sure what to do from here?

I have heard some guys talking about a Body Lift, what exactly is this and how is it done? Who do you contact to do this job.

I have spaces and shackles on my KZ but would like to body to be a bit heigher, not too worried about how high the diff is off the ground

Im headed to Bulawayo, then Gokwe.

Thing is I am in Bloemfontein, BFN to Bulawayo seems to shortest via Beit Bridge at just over 1200km.

Would going through Bots not take longer as there are two borders to cross? I went through Plumtree once, 17hours in line.

George I could have an airlock, I dove the vehicle about 500km before i noticed this problem, then I filled it up again. Mine is exact same as yours then. I watch the guys filling up. I tell them to go very slow, once it fills up I shake and keep filling until it cannot take more.

Does yours work 100% with gravity? or suction as well?
How far do you drive before your fuel gauge starts dropping?

Todays update: The gauge is sitting just above half tank, speedo says I have done 450km.

This cannot be right, my vehicle used less fuel with the standard tank, at this rate I will only be able to do an exta 200km with the additional tank.
