2009 Vigo - Canopy Options

Afternoon Everybody, I feel like I need to introduce myself again. Ever sinds the birth of my son 4 years ago 4x4 trips has only been a pipe dream for me and after launching our new business along with a day job.....Well you get the point! However I still have my beloved 2009 V6 Vigo and absolutely ...

Re: Advice needed: 3l D4D or 4l V6

My opinion is slightly different, I own both a V6 Hilux and D4D Fortuner. Both are awesome vehicles and both have their advantages... My honest opinion is that at the current moment, people are so scared of the petrol's that they can be picked up at some very attractive prices... R30000-50000 saved ...

Hi Gents, Unfortunately my experience was different. One front shock was buggered after about 8 months. Less than 10000k. Handling on tar felt down right dangerous. Also articulation was, for the lack of a better word "non existent" I measured the rears and only had about 65mm of downwards...

Just a word of advice

Not all diesel is created equal....I'd rather spend more and know what I get than saving a few cents and having equipment issues afterwards....

R 12,94 at the moment is a price that seems highly irregular (I'd be suspicious)

You have to unbolt the plastic cover directly below the fog lights. Not difficult at all. Once loose you just move it enough to get your hand to the globe. If memory serves me correctly the globe twists off counter clockwise!
Bit fidgety but not difficult at all!

For that first couple of nights a box with opening on one side will do. Give him a blanket also.
Another thing that also calms them is an old shoe or trainer from whoever the dog has bonded with. The smell also helps to make them settle.
