Een ding wat 4x4 my geleer het is om jou nooit in n ander se predicament te verlustig nie, jy mag dalk net dieselfde oorkom en dan is die vernedering net soveel erger. Die Wegry manne het n groot Goera-pan naweek van die 26ste Julie. Dit lyk of dit groot pret gaan wees. Ek en die Swartkop is in vir daai een. Vra maar as daar enige iets is wat julle wil weet. Daar gaan ook n artikel in Wegry wees na afloop van die naweek.

I thought about it but decided against it. Built it plain to do just that what they are meant to. Nobody ever uses the rockslider recovery points and i already have the ARB bullbar and rear sparewheel carrier bumper with highlift jack points.

The Standard Aluminium plates or run boards that comes standard with the Hilux was just not enough and on a ordinary 4x4 day at Groenkloof they got bent and bashed to hel. Ek kry so tussen 8 en 9 km/l. Werk bo in die noorde van Zambia en ry heelpad 120 - 130 km/h. Dood standaard 07 model met 159 000 km op die klok.

Na 3 maande en vele besoeke na Toyota en elders met geel oplossing het ek die koop gekanseleer en maar n V6 4.0l gekoop.

My '06 2.5 D/C D4-D with 215 000km goes into limp mode every now and then but when the aircon is turned on it happens like every 2 - 5 km. Injectors was done last week and it had a major service done (R9850) before i bought it 2000km ago.
