I've got a 93 SFA with a gearmax rear diff lock , if i want to fit an elect fron diff lock from wich vehicles can i selvage this difflock other than the fortuners?

The wrapping will only be for heat resons, as i'm fitting a deul tank system the exhaust will have to be rooted through tricky places.

New feul cap meens a new/divrent key

For some reason its not getting air in to the tank as feul is used.

Where should the feul be entering is there any other place than the feul cap?

eccept for the rust factor.

I'll be wrapping the exhuast with asbestos tape to prevent some heat issues.

My '93 D/C 2.2's feultank creates a vacuum :thumbdown: as the feul is used i suspect the feul cap is the culprit,

What thikness exhaust pipe will fit the 2.2 4Y best?

I've got to reroot the exhaust, think he's got 50mm in now,
should i consider any other size? Maybe 55mm :?: :problem:

Up north i can get 95 unleaded, and gives that extra grunt :thumbup:
But i can only find 93 LRP here.
i'm sticking to the 93 LRP :cry: rather save than sorry
The previous owner told me the valves gets a bit sticky if Unleaded is used for to long periods.

OK

I should then look for a Cast iron 1.5meter jack find the strongest looking as all work on the same prinsipal,
and get it cleaned, dust free, and greased every once in a wile.

Tyres are 215/75/15 six hole as the lux.
the tent sleeps 3 people it looks close to the one on the Savuti venter trailer,
dont know if that helps.

Gear oil

Looking at the milage on my SFA and the summer time heat in Limpopo I've been told to look at a "140 like" gear oil fir the diffs.
Been told it will belp for the diff noise on long hot trips.

Has any one had any experianse on this? :?:

I can get a 2nd hand Galvanized tank origanaly made by Silverton raiators for R500 to fit exactly like this one.
not so sure if a galvanized tank is good in the long run can any one give me some input?

I won't miss this one.
