I have the D4D. How reliable is the throw out bearing vs the oem external clutch slave and what clutch would be used with this set up? All parts on Howe Trow out can be replaced o rings etc But the guys in States and Aus doesn't have props with them As to Clutch ... 2.7 Hilux or Old supra or 3 Ton ...

And new big box for D4D and 2.7

I removed my Hilux 4x4 Gbox and transfer in 48 min
From all bolted in till it's on the ground . One man job . He he yip did time myself . :)

Much smoother than normal clutch fork slave , option .

They give the spacer etc with the kit .

To repair the seal at the front out prop flange . Park truck , shift into 4lo . Remove propshaft . Drain oil on transfer . Nr 24 socket I think . Just bend back the non turn lip on the Nut . Long pipe as an extension will help . Or get a power bar . :) . Seal are easy to pop out and pop in new

Yes it can be done at home . Remove propshaft . You will see that Gbox and trans are two sections . Remove 6 bolts front and back combined . Leave 1 in for safety . Go for a single prop but only if you have a double cardan joint on top
And angles are 100%
Use seamless pipe
Con's -> break over angle
