Sounds like the r/f caliper is not running true anymore Hentey, did'nt you mean r/f disc? I've never come across a problem with a buckled caliper, .... it's the disc that gets hot. Harry it does'nt look too bad on the pics and can most likely be straightened without heat. It would of course have to be removed and re-coating is almost certain, so I would take the opportunity to do any mods at the same time (spot mounts, winch plate etc.). I'd prefer the V6 over the V8, The extra power of a V8 is unwarranted, not able to be handled by the Lux drivetrain, The motor is thirstier and the mod is a lot more complicated. I assume that with the V6, I can still get away without beefing up the front suspension as I have full OME with 6 leaves ...

It' definitely a cycad and looks like the Japanese / Chinese Cycad, not indigenous, no permit required. They are hardy, and tollerate full sun conditions and a little more worm resistant than the indigenous types. They also take a long time to grow, don't get vey big and can become quite bushy in id...
