i did some readings, it happens that the parking brake wire is the security feature for videos not to play while the car is in motion but this can be bypassed using a relay.

issue is still the Illumination wire plus why the radio shuts off once the engine is running

i had almost the same issue '06 model, but mine alarm was not even arming, had to buy a brand new locking mechanism from the stealers & was sorted out... GOOD LUCK with yours
