Hi Guys. I have done this before when we manafacture the leafs We change the location point on the leafs and move it by 20mm Forward so the axle will move forward.To accomodate the bigger tyres. Did you raise the suspension at all?
Have you checked your leaf blades if its not catching on the clips?
Maybe the bushes on the shackles seizing on the pins?

Hi Guys.
IFthe noise is coming from the blades you can put in teflon
Liners between the blades this helps a lot
Obviously the blades must come out and centre bolt taken out
Remember or mark them first so they go back in order.
