I think they have some sort of jig to get rid of the dents. They also have nice hand tools to get the finer dents out. If they use a reputable "bodyshop", they should easily get the damage sorted. Sorry to hear about your "incident"

According to the traffic department, everyone prior to 1999 that had a licence in their ID's were converted to EB licence.
