The best I have ever seen is Kempton Carbs the even developed a Fuel inject system to replace the Weber unfortunately the racing guys lost me on the principles but will inquire as I have a good carb as one of my friends is a importer so I could pick and choose I will make a point of following up .

I was at a place in JHB today and he quoted me R80 for the Kent ford V6 in my lux complete set will see if has them tomorrow for that I will put old set as spare.Also check where bogi cords are made as in most cases same factory.

Look at the efi route and see on the forum what the figures are I have a manifold + injectors.On the forum you can look as to what you need to add to the list.And get a cost.

On the subject can anyone tell me why when put fuel in the needle goes down instead of up and all so the temp drops when the motor gets to about 80.suspecting a bad earth.

George I did not pick up as to the damage on your SFA but I have complete body + other spares only problem is that this was a Natal body and has been patched.I nead to confirm but should have good body next weak.

If you can send me the maps for that mr turbo I will also appriciate it.I have got a EFI system with a mr turbo so for Know I will also have to use it.If anyone has the diamensions for the spacers between the manifold and the fuel rail I would appriciate it.

Thanks for the heads up.But since it is very cheap(free) it would be a good way to get the conversion done and then replace the Mr Turbo.But know that you have warned me I won't poor money into it eg dyno time.

Check with importers the pump comes on alot of the motors and they can sell the motors without the pump because not all hiaces use them and I'm sure they will sell seprate and swop pully at a price.

We set up a table at the primary school last weakend,for the Cubs at the school activities day and there was alot of intrest from kids and parents.I actually think that the parents have forgotton about cubs/scouts and some active campaining will create revived intrest.

My 12 year son is in 4TH Benoni Air Scouts and my 8 year Old son is in Cubs.They do have girls in the troups but when camping it is seperate tents with suppervision. :thumbup:
