Yup. My van's rear is also a little too low for my liking... even worse with the canopy on. But the articulation i get with the Mikems is awesome. Thinking extended shackles... or a spacer below the blades... (or both) before i add a blade. Input welcome.

Yes, 50% deposit would probably reduce the number of last minute cancellations. But this arrangement is more suited to official club outings and not so much to when the average guy posts "Hey, I'm keen for a bit of dune driving this weekend....who's joining?" ......in my opinion :shifty:

Before you set off building your own, chat to Ciske at GOMAD. You may find it might be worth while having it made instead of DIY. This is one of their bumpers and the price was not too bad.

Can anyone please tell me what these springs are? I heard a terrible grinding noise this morning when I braked, so took my van back to the workshop where I had rear brakes done 3 weeks ago.
