The nice thing with Hella is if you get one damaged by a stone you can replace just that lense

I know you've had good life out of yours so far, but I'm still not convinced because of the number of comments I've heard about then not lasting well. ;-)

Hi Alec

I have not used this specific range of the Hella, but as said before they're not the best but money well spent. My guess is that they're an improvement on the 500 series which is super light imo.

However, this raises another question in my mind, and relates to your HID tests. How quick is the change from dim to bright and visa versa on the HID? Considering the fact that they are a different technology compared to the normal Halogen lamps.

I have fitted the Hella 700 FF spots to my Hilux and they are better than the 500's. Great value for money so I wont cry when one gets broken.
