Engel 40l: 220 / 12 volt Auto Switching

Post by SuidWes »

I've always turned the unit off before switching the power source from 12 to 220 volt and back… I've heard that on the 40th addition model auto switching is standard which means that when it is running on 12 volt one can, without switching the unit off, simply connect the unit to 220 and it will detect and use 220 and leave the battery alone.

Is the above correct :?: Comments :?:

Jaco, ek weet nie van die Engel nie....maar my WAECO en Campmaster switch automaties na die sterker source, sonder dat ek hoef af te sit. Het nog altyd so gemaak
