I have come across an amazing product I have decided to take on as a business venture.

The 6 LED Spot above is the size of a standard 6" spot light.

Lights bars also available.. 2,4,6,10 up to 28LED's

Some examples of what the lights looks like compared to standard lights on a motor cycle. Lights used in this demonstration is 2 x Solo pod 1 x 10 watt LED units..

Pricing of the Solstice series is as follows:
Solo Pod R 1200 (900 lumen)
Solstice 4100 R 4410 (3600 lumen) (equivalent to 300W+ halogen)
Solstice 6100 R 6100 (5400 lumen) (equivalent to 500W+ halogen)

Pricing of the new Reflex series (bar) is as follows:
2LED R 2595 (1800 lumen)
4LED R 4410 (3600 lumen) (equivalent to 300W+ halogen)
6LED R 6100 (5400 lumen) (equivalent to 500W+ halogen)
10LED R 8595 (9000 lumen) (equivalent to ????W halogen)

There are additional models available (up to 28 LED), but we will only bring those in on client order.

Some more stats:

Equipped with brand new 10 watt LED technology, each of the 10 watt LED’s produces 800 lumens. The XIL-S6100 series 60 watt 6” round off road lamp 4800 Lumens (500 watt halogen equivalent) and the XIL-S4100 series 40 watt 4” square off road lamp produces 3200 lumens (300 watt halogen equivalent). This makes them the most powerful lighting system on the market in such a compact design. Not only do they produce more light, they are also the most efficient with the 6100 series drawing only 5 amps, and the 4100 series drawing 3.3 amps. Due to their advanced electronic drivers, which are also responsible for variable 9-60 Volt DC input and their long life span of 50.000 Hours. Other key features include: Rugged die-cast luminum housing (provides optimum durability and heat dissipation). The Solstice series also features an IP68 ingress protection rated housing making them impenetrable to dust and, submersible under water up to 3 meters. The unbreakable polycarbonate lenses are housed by a 6061 aluminum face plate which doubles as a radiant heat sink to melt away snow and ice in frigid conditions. Their stainless steel mounting bracket features knurled aiming knobs for 90 degrees of adjustment and is centered on the profile of the lights which provides a slim 1.5” mounting depth. The Solstice series has also been subjected to a 6Grms vibration test to ensure their performance in high impact conditions (ideal for off-road, and industrial applications). Performance of these lights is better than Xenon HID lights costing twice as much.

One of the guys in the rescue unit has the 4 led spots on his car.

Even in the day they are ridiculously bright and blind people. Very cool

One question? Can you get green ones and can you get flashing green led's?

I need to make a flashing light bar for rescues! with green lights!

Hi Luke, we don't have anything available right now for you flashing unit. Thank you for your feedback on your friends lights. These are truly lights that you have to see to believe.

Guys, we also have a full range of HID units and systems for upgrades and replacement of halogen. I just don't want to make things confusing with too much information.

If you have ever seen these LED spots you will realise old spotlights are dead....these things are amazing!

Always wondered where to get them now we know.

I think during rescues equipment is tested to the limit!

Ivor seems to have had no problem with his during rescues! I vote yes, I would buy a set if I had the bucks!

We would usually use Postnet Speed courier services at an additional cost of around R120 to a place like Cape Town.

As the spots use low-power LEDs, this should not be a problem. What will be a problem is if the lights are not positioned correctly (i.e. aimed too hih or into oncoming traffic), the light they emit is positively blinding. I bought a Fenix TK-40 which runs off 8 (and even four!!) penlight batteries. The beam is the most intense I have ever seen on a torch and one cannot look into the beam at all.

You will only be able to use these as spot lights when Highbeam is switched on. They will be to bright for dimmed lights and fog lights with lots of bleed through of light.

Both myself and my supplier are based in Roodepoort. He has all the kit and by far the better place to do a viweing. At night is probably the best so we can compare nicely with what you already have and he has all the technical data..
