Hello all,
I just received my translated version of the manual for my JDM Prado (2005 model). And in it says that the automatic transmission fluid should be changed every 40,000 KM.
The vehicle now has over 70,000 KM on it and I was wondering should I change it? No problems with the tranmission as far as I can tell but is something people usually do?
The reason for asking is one the dip stick of the AT fluid it says does not need to be changed for normal driving conditions.
How often are other people changing their AT fluid?

Re: Automatic Transmission fluid
Normally the agents would change it just by looking at the low mileage!
