New TOY replaces Roy...

Some of you have probably read in previous threads that I had taken a decision to sell Roy, my trusty '89 SFA, with the intention to purchase something a little more comfortable for SWAMBO and kids on the longer trips. :|

It took me a good, long time to make peace with this decision, and as Roy drove out my front gates for the very last time on Saturday, my heart was very heavy.........but not for long.









On Sunday, I collected my new truck, and it's an absolute Beaut!
I have yet to see an SFA in better condition, in & out. And it goes like a dream.
Got the family's full approval and looking forward to many happy kilometers to come.

Was contemplating an IFS for a while, but my heart eventually won the battle over my head (if that makes any sense at all)

Bluyota? Ek dink nie so nie. Roy is mos after all where it all began.

NICE!!!!! congrats Shaun, if you interested I'm selling my canopy R1200 and its the same colour, I'll even through in my "nifty rooftop carrier" with the deal, need cash to replace my carb.
