Gerrie, you need to speak louder... some of the Ooms are a bit deaf. I can think of at least one person in the Cape with a nicely modified Vigo and has just been on a trip but he is somewhat forgetful... understandable perhaps, he ain't no chicken no more.

My Vigo het n bietjie karakter maar die trips is maar nog min al my groot trips was met my SFA wat ek verkoop het. :slap:

Komaan ouens, ons moet mos nie so sukkel om stories te kry nie... Hierdie projek word deur Toyota gedryf in die tydskrif, so ek is seker hier is nog van julle wat vir ons wil vertel van julle Hilux... :boss:

Hi Gerrie, I've taken less than a month to do some mods on my Hilux to get it ready for my trip to Richtersveld from friday 26 June. On the attached pic you can see what I tried to achieve: tent lower than roof for less wind resistance and lower centre of gravity, slider system with 60L ARB fridge, dual battery system and most recovery gear I might need for this trip. This was a test run and I will definately redo the whole thing when I get back and have more time. I would also like to do the suspension before the next trip which will be early next year.

Ek het so lekker trip gedoen tussen die bergpasse van die Drakensberge in 2013, die ander was visvang trips.
