Hi,
I'm Rob from Durban, this is my first Toyota and also first 4x4. Had it for a month now and loving it.
It is a 2004 Legend 35 4x4 3.0 KZ-TE which so far has been great.
I still need to:
1) Fix a funny kluck sound from the from left wheel when turning at full lock.
2) Fit an OME suspension upgrade.
Thanks for a great forum that played a big part of my decision of which vehicle to buy.
Cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob and welcome! Of course Niel would praise the KZTE
Enough of that, .... Toyota, good choice! .... and with a bit of luck, the "funky clunk" might just go away with the OME upgrade.
... he owns one (we think ... since no-one has seen it on a trail for quite some time, I believe ).KZ, good choice

When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.
Life is like a jar of Jalapeño peppers ... what you do today, might burn your ass tomorrow.
Don't take life too seriously ..... no-one gets out alive.
It's not about waiting for storms to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.
And be yourself ..... everyone else is taken!

Welcome Rob. That funny clunk noise is probably some Landy part that got stuck on the Hilux when you went of road.
To God be the glory

Hi Rob, welcome to the forum... the cluck noise is probably the Birfield CV, which when worn out, will 'cluck' at full steering lock...
