Hi, my name is Jaco Pretorius and I'm really glad to see that the Hilux now has its own forum in SA.
Born in Namibia but grew up in Cape Town. My wife's name is Natasha and I'm one of the lucky ones as she enjoys 4x4ing almost more than me! We got our Hilux, Witvoet (96' DC 2.4P), last year about this time and we've done a couple of trails in the Western Cape and also a trip to Namibia.
I'll post some pics later.
Cheers
SuidWes

Re: SuidWes
Thanks Guys,
No unfortunately not, only went up as far as Windhoek to show my wife where I was born and to visit family. Also spent two weeks on my cousin’s farm close to Warmbad in the South, about a 150kms from Noordoewer.
Currently saving up to do a proper trip through Kaokoland in 2008.
