I want to know if I can Tow a 4260kg trailer whit my Hilux chip(128hp) and therefor is it possible to drive 5-speed 2-series?
Can i drive to 3rd gear in l4 and then go into h4 whitout damaging the gearbox

Would that even be legal in Norway? Doubt it is legal here in SA, or if so would require the trailer to have its own braking system. Nevertheless, I think the 2.5TD would struggle somewhat (especially on hills), even if it is chipped. Just do not even think of using 5th gear, you stand to damage your gearbox.

When towing do not use 5th gear unless you are at cruising speed and the motor is not labouring.

Do not do this, you will damage the transfer box. It can be done at crawl speeds only but I would also not use 4WD on a hard road surface either - this can also result in some serious damage.
