Re: New to Forum
Hello hilux owners! bkspy here.I am the owner of a 87 Hilux 4x4 pickup, right hand drive! I live in the Caribbean, and when I bought the truck, rust had overtaken the whole body. After 9 months of hard work, I brought her back to life! Now, with this site, I am hoping I can find other Hilux owners who could shed a little light from their candles of knowledge on some things. Thanks for welcoming me to your forum

I had the same problem on my hilux and it was a fuse under the steering wheel.when you looked at it,it didnt look blown but the multimeter showed it was.try using the multimeter on each one.

Re: New to Forum
Hello? I have an 87 Hilux 4x4 pickup, 4y, right hand drive, front and back leaf springs, front and back drum brakes. On the firewall is a Toyota plate with a yn67 number. This number( Chassis #) works fine at St. Vincent Toyota in the Caribbean. But when I go to the U.S. or Italy, they ask me for a 17 digit number. No where on the truck is a 17 digit number. So, I can not buy parts in a first world country. What is up with that? Any help out there/
