aircon fitment hilux kz model

Hi guys just want to find out if you can help out with some knowledge

I have a 2002 3.0 d hilux with 5L non turbo engine and looking at putting an Aircon in it just a few questions

Is it worth it
How big of a job is it
Can it be done self with bolt on kit

Any advice welcome
