Hi was wondering if anyone would know if a 2016 sr5 rear bumper would fit a 2013 sr5?

If you are talking about the Vigo and the Revo then I am not too sure. The Revo is slightly wider than the Vigo so one would have to go and measure the distance between the attachment points.
