Ek is nie bereid om die prys te betaal vir sliders wat op die mark is.Ek wil graag vir my 80 liter National Luna aluminium sliders bou wat werk met gewone klein wiel laers.

Is daar iemand wat vir my kan vertel hoe om dit te doen , of my in die regte rigting kan stuur.

Ek het my 40l yskas op 'n slide gesit met die slides van 4x4direct, ek het aluminum angle iron gebruik 50x50 vir die raam en het n spring loaded haakie gebruik om hom toe te hou, baie goedkoop, en werk lekker.

Baie eenvoudig om bymekaar te sit.

Dawie

Ek het slides gebou uit 20mm vierkant buisstaal en op C-kanaal vasgesweis wat op bearings loop. Hier is die Howto: viewtopic.php?f=93&t=25196" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Mens kan ook dit anders doen deur plat plaat horisontaal aan weerskant van jou raam vas te sweis en dan kleiner bearings bo en onder die plaat op die raam te mount sodat die plat plaat tussen die bearings loop

Hi

Omdat die "armpie" gebuig is, loop die pen teen die "armpie" totdat dit in die gat beland, en dit stop die laai dat dit nie verder kan uitgly nie. Mens kan ook n "failsafe" maak deur die een kant van die "L" arm wat die slide aan die bak vashou toe te maak deur n stuk "L" yster aan dieselfde kant as die bearings vas te sit, sodat die pen van die slot daarteen sal stop, sou dit verby die gat van die "armpie" gaan vir watter rede ookal. Myne het nog nooit dit gedoen nie!

Skree maar as jy nog inligting nodig het!

Hier is n foto van die agterste slide "armpie" van Niel se slide. Die konsep is dieselfde aan die voorkant, verwys na die tekening op die vorige post, dis net opgekeer, met die gat naaste aan die bakkie se klap-kant.
