Ek het 15 jaar terug radio control vliegtuigies gevlieg en het vandag weer die die radio opgetel en my vliegtuig weer opgevat.Was dit darem nou lekker.Was maar skrikkerig met die eerste op gaan,maar met die tweede keur het ek hom mooi gevlieg.Dit laat mens vergeet van als om jou en die adrenaline is awsome.

I dont think so.The one oke at the club says,it cost him R50000 up to now and he only fly now and again.

I'm in the same boat, haven't flown for about 12 years now.
I think I need to build another trainer before I attempt my Ultimate again.

I think the passion of this hobby is about the best I ever had.I stopped flying because I relocated and the new club was not as friendly.Now I found a club that do for the fun of it and not to show of with the most expensive gear.

You are 100% correct. Unfortunately it does become a bit of a pissing competition at some clubs. Where do you fly now?

Greg glad you are having fun again.

Sad how some hobbies gets hi-jacked ....

2001 I got rid of my RC cars, after racing for a few years. Two months back I got a RC truck for my godson. I take him to an open field and watch him having FUN.

Die club is tussen Springs en Nigel.Kan nou nie onthou wat sy naam is nie.Hier kan jy enige tyd vlieg.Toe ek in Standerton begin vlieg het mag ons net club toe gaan wanner en van die instrukteurs daar is ,dis al wanner die hek oop was.Hierdie club waar ek nou is is nie toe gespan nie.

Maar Chris,mens is nooit te oud om n bietjie fun te he nie.Kry vir jou ook een en ek is seker jou kleinkind sal dit baie geniet om saam jou te speel.
