I need to have supplied and fitted a snorkel due to the fact that my air filter is always filling with dust due to my work and dirt roads travelled during my daily job. Some have said it's not worth it. I know it will not effect fuel consumption nor add extra boost. I am changing air filters every 1 1/2 months which includes blowing out air filter with compressor. Will the snorkel help wrt replacing air filter. I'm not looking for a snorkel to look macho nor pretend to have a maul crawler wannabe 4x4,it's for practicle reasons.I usually travel behind big tipper trucks which kick up dust as well as wind blowing vast amounts of dust in the townships making my filter look like a dust patch.
is there anyone here with a business in KWT or EL that supplies and fits snorkels,obviously a quality snorkel is required and not one that will perish or crack in a year or two . thanks
