Hilux Malfunction in Limp Mode drive with black smoke

My Car : Fortuner /Hilux 2007 3.0D4D AT
Engine 1KD-FTV
KM 190000
Hilux Malfunction in Limp Mode drive
My Hilux going several times in Limp Mode Drive and as I was far away from any garage and Towing truck I was oblige to drive few hundred Km in Limp Mode at 1500/1800 rpm. After that rpm is now lower than 1000rpm and black smoke appear at exhaust .
After Come back and cancel error P1251/34by repairing Turbo driver the engine run again Normally over 2000rpm.
Now if I disconnect Turbo driver of course Error P1251/34 going on again at rpm 1000 maximum .
Somebody could give me à solution to recover rpm2000 in Limp Mode ?
